Vacation Apartment

Our spacious townhouse in the heart of Florence, just a short six-minute walk from Florence’s main train station, Santa Maria Novella, is the perfect place to stay with friends and family. The Florence duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore), Palazzo Vecchio and the Ponte Vecchio are all just 20 minutes away by foot. Parking space for one car is available in the church grounds. We accept reservations for a minimum of one week and a maximum of three months.

The townhouse is a three-story apartment next to the church, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. While part of the parish complex, it has its own entrance on Via Bernardo Rucellai. Important: bedrooms are on the top floor, and there is no elevator.

Along with a fully-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, dishwasher, ironing board, and hair dryers, the apartment has air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
